Nintendo Direct 3.3.16 (Part 3)

This is my 3rd part review for the Nintendo Direct 3.3.16, on this part I will be talking about Twilight Princess, New Royalty Program, Mini Mario and Friends, and Virtual Console update. This last topic Virtual Console update is one of my favorite parts and I will try to talk more about it. First let’s start with Twilight Princess, as many of you know the game is already out, Twilight Princess HD for Wii U, this is just a remake of the original Wii/Game Cube version. This new version as the title states it has HD graphics, which makes it look a lot better, but the game play is the same. I have seen people on Twitch play it and well I don’t see anything new, I could be wrong but that all I have seen.

The new Nintendo Loyalty program will be implemented which will give us points by playing the Nintendo apps which should be released soon, the first one we know is the Miitomo, and buy buying games. Not sure what the points are good for, if one of you knows please let us know. Now the other game Mini Mario & Friends Amiibo, this game is similar if not the same game as Mario vs Donkey Kong: Tipping Stars, but the difference is that on this new game you get to scan Amiibos to play with them in the game, also each Amiibo has its own unique power, like Mario can jump on walls, and so on. The early access starts on March 25th with the purchase of any Amiibo, or you can download it for free on April 28th for the 3Ds and Wii U since the game is Free I guess the only way to play it is by buying Amiibos.

And finally the Virtual Console update, starting 3.3.16 3 SNES games will join the eShop, Super Mario World, F-Zero and Pilotwings, these are just 3 of the SNES games we can enjoy now, with many more in the future coming up like, Earthbound, Donkey Kong Country and Super Mario Kart coming out on March 24th and by April 14 we will have The Legend of Zelda A Link to the Past, Super Metroid and Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy’s Kong Quest. With these titles I’m sure many of us will fill out or memory with really cool games, I hope these are not the only games coming out because there are many more SNES games that I enjoyed playing.
